A heart-centered space to connect with yourself and others, held in a calm and restorative atmosphere.
Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a natural plant ally known to gently ease anxiety, open the heart, and support deeper connection.
It assists in supporting mood regulation, promoting relaxation, and enhancing social connection. Kanna is also associated with improved focus, stress management, pain relief, and can facilitate gentle states of spiritual exploration.
Together, we will explore connecting with the use of Kanna, combinding with and heart opening and social connection.
Sesssions may include:
guided meditation
gentle touch and massage practices
vocal toning
energy healing
Your level of participation is at your discretion.
A warm, nourishing meal will be served afterwards.
Please bring:
Bedding (no air matresses please) OR a yoga mat and/or meditation cushion (both options may be useful).
Pillow and blanket
Eye mask
Water bottle
Bowl and Spoon
Note pad and pen
Anything you need to be comfortable i.e teddy bear, warm socks etc
