A heart-centered space to connect with yourself and others, held in a calm and restorative atmosphere.
Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a natural plant ally known to gently ease anxiety, open the heart, and support deeper connection.It assists in supporting mood regulation, promoting relaxation, and enhancing social connection. Kanna is also associated with improved focus, stress management, pain relief, and can facilitate gentle states of spiritual exploration.
Together, we will explore connecting with the use of Kanna, combining with and heart opening and social connection.
Sessions may include:
music
guided meditation
gentle touch
energy healing
vocal toning
tuning forks
Each session will offer a unique experience, guided by a rotating collective of healing practitioners and guest musicians. Your level of participation is entirely your choice.
You are welcome to attend alone, with friends, family, or as a couple, creating your own nesting space to share the experience in a way that feels natural and supportive.
You may take this time to use the healing setting to explore meditation, receive nourishing touch, draw or journal, or work through blocks.
A warm, nourishing meal and herbal teas will be served afterwards.
Please bring:
Mattress and bedding (no air mattresses please, you may find a yoga mat insufficient)
Pillow and blanket
Eye mask
Water bottle
Note pad, pen, colouring pencils
Anything you need to be comfortable i.e teddy bear, warm socks etc
